I. Introduction

These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods through the Furnatura online store available on this website. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Furnatura s.r.o. is a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic (“Seller”). Customers (“Buyer”) may be consumers or businesses, as applicable under applicable law.

II. Product information and prices

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in the catalogue. Prices are shown including applicable VAT or sales tax where required, in the currency indicated at checkout (typically EUR for this storefront). The Seller is not obliged to conclude a contract for a product that was displayed manifestly by mistake (e.g. obvious pricing error).

Shipping costs are shown during checkout where applicable. For delivery outside the countries we serve, additional charges may apply and will be communicated before the contract is concluded.

III. Order and conclusion of contract

You may order by completing the checkout process on this website. Before submitting your order you can review and correct your data. The order is submitted by using the order confirmation control (e.g. “Place order” / equivalent).

The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of your order (for example by order confirmation e-mail), unless stated otherwise in a particular payment flow. If the Seller cannot fulfil your order, you will be informed and any payment received will be refunded in line with applicable rules.

IV. Payment and delivery

Payment methods offered at checkout may include card payment, PayPal, or other methods as shown. You must pay the price and any delivery fees agreed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier or to you, according to the delivery option chosen.

Delivery times are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly promised. If you choose a pickup or locker service, follow the carrier’s instructions shown in checkout and in the order confirmation.

V. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to exceptions (e.g. sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons where applicable). To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us clearly within the deadline (e.g. by e-mail to info@furnatura.com). You must return the goods without undue delay and bear the direct cost of return unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed using the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold repayment until we receive the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

VI. Defective goods and liability

If goods are defective, you may have statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination, depending on your jurisdiction. Contact us at info@furnatura.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law.

VIII. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the contract are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or, for EU consumers, to the EU online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
